All Participants and winner (s) must reside in the 95.1FM listening area, as defined at the exclusive discretion of station management.

All Participants and winner(s) must be at least 18 years old as of contest entry date.

Only ONE winner per HOUSEHOLD per 30 days.

All prizes will be mailed to the winner, unless other arrangements are requested and confirmed.

All prizes not picked up within thirty (30) days of the date won will be forfeited unless winners are otherwise notified. IF PRIZE IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN OR OUTSIDE OF THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE WON, YOU ARE STILL CONSIDERED A CONTEST WINNER AND MUST ADHERE TO THE RULES OF ELIGIBILITY.

Once a prize is won and awarded, and the winner is notified and information is taken and confirmed, you are an official winner of 95.1FM and must abide by all of the official contest rules.

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Prizes cannot be substituted for any reason.

95.1FM does not assume responsibility for events cancelled and/or rescheduled, and is not responsible for replacing tickets/prizes already won to the events cancelled.

Employees of 95.1FM, ICS Holdings, participating sponsors, their families, and employees of any radio station within a 100 mile radius of the 95.1FM business office, are not eligible to win.

Any Meet and Greet, or any variation of Meet and Greet Passes won on 95.1FM are NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
